Fall is a great time of year for many reasons but our #1 reason is because it means you can find all kinds of Oktoberfest or Marzen beer on the shelves. But why drink alone when there is probably a party going on in your state in the form of an Oktoberfest festival.
You might be more familiar with Germany’s Oktoberfest that typically begins in mid-September and lasts two weeks in Munich. Unfortunately we all can’t hop on a plane to Germany this autumn so our only option is to visit the best Oktoberfests in the USA!
We found one Oktoberfest celebration in all 50 states taking place in 2022, so you have no excuse not to dust off those lederhosen or drindl dresses and get ready to have a good time. Enjoy the liter beers – responsibly of course – and take part in some fun games if your local celebration has them, like a stein holding competition or yodeling contest.
