Mother’s Brewing Company is a locally owned craft brewery in downtown Springfield, Missouri. Housed in a former bread factory turned “love factory,” it first opened in 2011 under founder Jeff Schrag. Since May 2023, Jeff and Lindsay Seifried have taken the reins, keeping the brewery’s original heart intact while expanding its reach with new concepts like Cufflink Coffee and a tavern at the Springfield airport.
