Cave Vineyard

Cave Vineyard sits in the rolling hills of Sainte Genevieve Wine Country. They are family-owned-and-operated and offer a great selection of wines, craft beers & craft spirits. With a name like Cave Vineyard you’d have to assume there is a cave nearby. Well you are right! The natural Saltpeter Cave is located directly underneath our tasting room and is stunning in any season! Once patrons check in at the Tasting Room they can take a stroll to the Cave. The opening to the Cave is approximately 100 feet across & 35 feet tall. While most caves maintain a constant temperature, Saltpeter Cave has such a large opening, the temperature changes with the weather.
